Terms of service
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Randhir Kumar Sah ("we"), who makes and sells MyMacVault, a Mac app for managing your Google Drive and Telegram storage. By buying or using MyMacVault you agree to them.
Your license
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use MyMacVault on one Mac at a time. You can use it for personal or work projects. To move it to a new Mac, deactivate it on the old one in MyMacVault › Settings › License. Please don't share, resell or publish your license key.
Payment
MyMacVault is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT where they apply and issues your receipt. Prices are in US dollars as shown on our website at the time you buy.
Updates
Your license includes updates to MyMacVault as we release them, at no extra cost. MyMacVault needs macOS 15 Sequoia or later on a Mac with Apple silicon.
Your storage accounts
MyMacVault works with your own Google Drive and Telegram accounts, which are provided by Google and Telegram under their own terms. Your files stay in those accounts; we never receive or store them. MyMacVault is an independent app, not made, sponsored or endorsed by Google or Telegram, and we can't control their services, limits or availability. Deleting a file in Telegram is permanent because Telegram has no trash, and the app always asks first. Keep backups of anything you can't afford to lose.
Acceptable use
Don't use MyMacVault to break the law, infringe others' rights, or break Google's or Telegram's terms. Don't attempt to bypass or tamper with the license check.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 3 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our refund policy.
Ending your license
A license is disabled if its purchase is refunded or charged back, or if the key is shared or resold in breach of these terms. A disabled license stops the app at its next check; your files in Google Drive and Telegram are never touched.
No warranty
We work hard to make MyMacVault reliable, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data in services we don't control, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for MyMacVault. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Privacy
How MyMacVault handles your data is explained in our privacy policy. In short: no tracking, and your files and sign-ins stay between your Mac, Google and Telegram.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Changes don't affect purchases already made.
